- Get Outside!: Go reset and enjoy the outdoors. I highly recommend taking a walk in the morning before starting your day. Even just ten minutes can change your whole day!
- Make a Sleepy Mocktail!: Daylight savings have your sleep messed up? You can fiz that by getting to bed earlier, putting your devices down, and ending the day with this sleepy mocktail.
